All prices are per room / per night and include the valid statutory VAT.
Our rooms are available from 15:00 onwards on your day of arrival. We kindly ask you to vacate your room by 11:00 on your day of departure. You may deposit your lugguage with us before and after.
CANCELLATION CONDITIONS
Cancellation of your room reservation is free of charge, up to 18:00 on the day before your arrival (max. 2 rooms). After this we charge 90% of the total booking. For group reservations (5 rooms or more ), you will be provided with special cancellation conditions on confirmation of your reservation.
PARKING
Our guests park in the carpark of the Deutsche Bahn Planetarium (P4) – for a special price of €20/24h. Discount tickets are available at reception, prior to entering the carpark. Loading and unloading is possible for short periods directly at the hotel.
A charging station for electric cars is available at the hotel, subject to availability.
Your bicycles or motorcycles can be safely stored in our secure, enclosed courtyard.
